The process of collecting new car took over 3 hours after being told days before it would take 1 hour. The rear number plate was loose and crooked. The passenger side rear brake disc has a quite noticeable groove in it.

Poor service throughout. The car was returned with only 3 miles of fuel/range left when it originally went in with 20 miles. I understand the car needed to be taken for tyres to be fitted, however that should not have used all of that mileage.

The actual job was completed perfectly (so five for that) I booked the job over the phone dropped my keys off and picked them up from a locker, paid over the phone so never spoke to anyone. Great for some but for me I'd prefer to speak to someone.
