After calling in just to have a look, I ended up buying due to the way Craig looked after me and my wife on the day. All the way through the process he kept me informed - excellent experience! At handover, Mark was equally excellent.

The manager Adrian was excellent. His dedication and customer care was the best we have experienced in a long time. Communication and assistance during the buying process was present throughout and we will definitely return to BMW Bolton.

All the staff treated us like family, Craig, Adrian and Mark. Were all great. We had a problem with the Parking screen, and again were not allowed to leave until they were happy, we were happy. We will certainly recommend you.

Waiting to find out whether you had the tyre in stock, as advised by the receptionist. Waited over an hour sko went to receptionist again and was told the car was ready. In total, waited over 3 hours in a very cold showroom, be cause of the air-con.

New system of checking in & out is quite efficient. The staff are friendly but the lack of proper hand over after is disappointing. No details of work that has been carried out is presented and I have to request for a copy of an invoice.
