I have had my X6 for 4 weeks. Although the workings of the Apps etc were explained to me by Ali there was a lot of information to take in. As an old person who's not really into IT I found it a bit overwhelming. Louis helped sort out problems I had.

My partner rung up to book it in and they said it would be 2 hours. Somebody rung me and said it would be 90 mins. Then when my partner dropped off the car they said it would be 3.5hrs when it's finished. But the the guy was apologetic about it.

Mix up with date of recall (EGR) which was not responded to by BMW. Upon inspection l was informed that my vehicle did not require any work carried out despite numerous previous notifications. But EGR warning light came on 10 days prior to this??

Your service staff are always changing at the moment, in the past years service staff seemed to be the same people and I was recognized on any visit, no longer. Although the member of staff who eventually attended to me was very good.

Was inforned by Helen that the MOT & Service would take a couple of hours,it took 4hrs and I was kept waiting throughout. I was not kept informed and did not see Helen again. Twice I had to chase up with other advisers when my car would be ready.

4. I booked an engine oil service with microfilter via the myBMW app for 19/2. I was quoted £232. When it came to pick up, lots of extra work was added and the cost was now £484. At no time was I warned that the extra work was going to increase cost.

Took my BMW Z4 in for vans adjuster repair recall. Work carried out and completed in 2 days, arrived to pick up my car and was then told my car had developed a fault on their watch. Refused to repair my car unless I paid for it myself. Shameful.
