The steering issue was not repaired, there is also a contradiction between what I was told over the phone and the report. The attitude of the person who I dealt with in person collecting the car was not customer focused

I was at the williams for service (as required) and MOT. I had specifically mentioned about the recall letter and one of my tyres frequently losing air pressure while I dropped my car at Williams, only to find out they only performed MOT.

I paid £322.53 for a service and asked you to tell me if anything was due. The CBS clearly shows three overdue items that you didn't mention. Why wasn't I advised, and why wasn't the CBS reset?

Usually a great service but this time the paperwork was wrong as it referred to a previous car so unsure of the diligence when my car was in ? £114 labour cost and my car was literally in the workshop an hour - I watched it go in/go out, seems a lot?

BMW Roadside Assistance was disappointing. Pickup scheduled for 7am arrived 8:30 and the booking wasn't even logged. No courtesy car was given and I was incorrectly told I declined one, forcing me to pay for a rental. Communication was very poor.

The lady who served me in the morning was great. The keys in boxes is a bit silly and not slightly premium. Never found out if the drop links had been looked at as requested.

I didn't like the remote checking in, payment and collection process. No opportunity for questions. I paid for a vehicle inspection but received no report. Phoned a few days later. AI voice useless. Did not get service to return call.

I thought it very unwelcoming threr was only one menber of staff on the desk , you can't talk to a computer. The video of the service was not great as the music was to loud so you could no hear what was being said.

Made original appointment. Told part was in. Made plans to be picked up and returned. Day before call asking about changing car. Didn't want to. Another call 2 hours later saying part not arrived. Had to cancel plans and rearrange.

from being greeted as i dropped off my keys to the warm welcome to have a coffee & biscuits etc. The front of house person Debbie was bubbly happy happy person. My car was in for an airbag re-call I dropped it off at 8am and it was ready at 10am!

I must admit I turned up without an appointment & was asked could we wait for approx 1 hour as the technicians were busy, I accepted this yet nearly 2 hours later the car was brought back to the front of the building with nothing done, we then left

Horrendous, from a free health check due to fault codes produced. That BMW recalled my car for because of the EGR resulted into £400 worth of work as a result of that work a further £1000 was requested

I've not had a great experience with BMW to be completely transparent. It's my first time buying from a dealership & my experience has been quite poor. I have been sent from Blackburn Bowker to Bolton Williams which has left me completely frustrated

I have been a customer for over 20 years, Purchased 3 cars and always have all repairs, MOT and servicing with you. My recent visit was the worst ever. I noticed most of the desks and people had gone. Lack of people to help meant it took 6 hours .

trying to be ripped off when I received the report,, window washer inop we can repair for a cost of £156, if I had paid I would of lost the money as the issue was frozen as minus 4 degrees outside, worked fine once temp rose

My car was originally booked in for a pre winter check. Since then it has been off the road for 3 weeks, including the Christmas and New Year period. I believe work carried out by the technician at this dealership caused the starter battery to fail.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Customer service is second to none. The minute I walked through the doors I was greeted warmly before my car was serviced. Excellent staff and facilities.

I was told to take care of first thing in morning as this was a lengthy repair. However when we arrived to pick up the car the work hadn't even been started Watching through the observation window I saw that it actually took 10 minutes

Bill considerably more than estimated. Only 3 coils delivered initially when 4 ordered ( not Williams fault presumably) meaning extra day delay. Car not valeted or washed as requested.

This place used to be better; people were warm and friendly. Not seeing the same faces I used to see made me think. There's no more cola in the cold drinks; they've put water instead. There's dust everywhere, and lots of water stains on the ceiling.

There was absolutely no human interaction during the whole visit which I found just cold and bizarre from a car garage. I have also been thinking about selling my car so I agreed and selected the option for a valuation, I heard nothing back at all.

My only beef is the requirement to book in online prior to coming in - very impersonal and doesn't give you the opportunity to discuss and issues/info with staff. I also don't like the fact that I have to pay before my key is released from the box.

Booked in for leak from base of expansion tank and change a/freeze. £156 for "diagnosis" plus £150 labour for job felt rather expensive - especially as I had told them where leak was when booking it in! When queried told, "We" have to diagnose!

It took 3 days to solve the 2 issues in the car. Had to unexpectedly leave the car behind overnight. I believe the assessment and part replacement could have been done in a single day. If I wasn't off work, it would have taken another couple of weeks
